Log on to https://ltportalug.newindia.co.in with your user ID and password (If user ID and password is not available then, first register yourself).

Once the policy is linked, please click on Policy tab and against the policy number "Renew" button is enabled under Action. Click on renew button to generate the quote and proceed with the payment for the policy to be renewed. Once the payment is done, policy number will be generated (summer page with details of the policy number and policy document)
You can renew your policy online through Quick Renewal functionality which is available on the home page of our website: https://ltportalug.newindia.co.in (before login) under the heading Quick Help with the following details:
Renewed Quote number (16 digits renewed proposal) & Customer ID which is your policy holder code mentioned on your policy document.

Policies issued through Maruti dealer cannot be renewed online . (Office code - 980000). Please contact nearest maruti dealer for renewal or contact the NIA office for renewal.
Please visit NIA office (to which you are tagged) and there please meet APEP manager and ask him to put a request for agent portal.
Then respective APEP manager will send the approvals to HO-APEP Dept. After receiving the Approval the user id will be created and shared with APEP manager.
For Motor Policy - Regarding the change of address, it can be affected only if the address is changed in your RC book. If you have already changed the address in your RC book to the new address, please send a copy of the updated RC along with the original certificate to NIA office. NIA shall return a fresh certificate and no fee is charged for the same.
For Other Products Change in address is not possible online. It can be done by writing to the branch office on nia.xxxxxx@newindia.co.in(x stands for 1st 6 digit of your policy number and mark a copy to bssxx@newindia.co.in(x stands for 1st 2 digit of your policy number).
